I am a Commercial Consultant specialising in construction commercial management, cost control, and contractual advisory for property developers, investors, and construction businesses.
 
I hold a Master’s degree in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, combining technical knowledge with commercial expertise to support successful project delivery.
 
My experience includes working with contractors and developers across a range of construction projects, where I have been involved in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts.
 
I provide independent commercial support throughout the project lifecycle — from early feasibility and procurement through construction and completion — helping clients maintain financial control, manage risks, and deliver projects efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.
 
My focus is to help developers and investors protect their capital, control project costs, and achieve successful project outcomes.
